He's BPA (i believe). He's a 18ppg and would come off the bench. And with Lee and a healthy Bogut at Center, he doesn't have to worry about rebounds.

I don't have my excel sheet open, but I think I've got one center ahead of him for sure. But he's certainly amongst the more talented players available.

I agree with this. I think the Raptors are going to surprise a lot of people this season, and I think for once people will say Bargnani doesn't suck.

Or maybe they will. Its hard to say.

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
I'm selecting who I believe is a good value at this stage. I don't care how many rebounds he can get, he'll give me scoring off the bench.

BARGS

with that.

Post DALAWANG LIBO!

You don't care about rebounding????

We have Bogut and Lee, what do you mean about the rebounding?

I care about a 7 footer who's a capable 24 ppg (well, he was scoring that much until the calf problems) scorer who can come off the bench.

I wasn't referring to the team, I was referring to the little blurb you put saying that you don't care about his rebounds. You upset Mr. Lopez very much.

Oh, then I rest my case. My apologies to Brook Lopez.

I think our move is going to surpirse but is the better move for our team.

Historically "surprise" is not something said by a GM who didn't end up regretting his decision.
we have know regrets we drafted all the guys we wanted for specific reason s whether it be to keep them or to trade them for picks and/or players.

Cmon now, he was on pace on having a great season until he had that calf injury and he reinjures it and never got back to form.

He's a great pickup at round 4.

The Raptors will surprise because they've got the best PG on the planet.  Am I right?!

Oh jeez, could you expound on your opinion on why the Raptors will improve?

EDIT: Sorry, I do agree with you. Just wanted to take the easy joke.

Bargnani was a guy I was thinking about for that Ibaka, Melo and Rubio mix.

Big enough and a strong enough post defender to handle the centers Ibaka cannot. Ibaka's high level team defense, shot-blocking and rebounding helping Bargnani's weak points. Bargnani spreading the floor for Melo to drive and post + for Rubio's dribble penetration and pick and roll game.

I'm not completely sold on it (because of Bargnani's flaws) but the fit there intrigues me.

Yes -- Orlando (Riah) missed their pick.

My fourth round pick will be Ersan Ilyasova.

Averaged 13 ppg, 8.8 boards, and shot 45% from three. He also had a PER of 20.55.
