You can make -- if you find a GM willing -- a 3-for-1 trade, a 10-for-1 trade.

A team can have an unlimited number of players/picks throughout the draft.

At some date TBA by Wdleehi, after the 13th round & waiver period, ALL teams have to cut down their rosters to 13 players -- if necessary.

I thought he was the perfect running mate for Dwayne Wade and should've gone at #19 or whatever it was in the first round. Those two have great chemistry together.
