Golden State is still interested in trading up.
I'm going with the a Prime Defensive Anchor, Leader, and All-Time great at Center:

Kevin Garnett averaged 19.2 pts, 10.2 rebs, 1.5 blocks in the playoffs alone - with a defensive
rating of 94.

He's a power forward. He can't and won't play center.

Otherwise, great pick.

Sarcasm, you guys. We should all know by now to assume that whatever Wiggle says is actually the opposite. Like those door guards from Labyrinth.
Especially when I believe it was Who, myself, and wiggle who all tried to say KG would do well at C in a past draft (last year? can't recall when....)

Hm? When was that. Oh, it was last year. And yes, you and Who, were the only other two. Cleveland started KG at center and got ranked last in their division. KC can say whatever he wants now, but he raked me over the coals, with all those "center of attention" jokes.

I hope everyone notices and appreciates my restraint, in not typing the above in ALL CAPS.

This is the NFL draft all over again, everyone wants to trade back!

I think it's a smart strategy for most teams at this stage.  A lot of players are at about the same relative value right now.

I agree, seems like a big 'tier' right now.

I think people are looking for depth at the moment instead of just a star?

Well if you're looking for depth in the first round, you've got yourself one of them 'good problems'.

It's like "i'd rather have depth, screw a superstar." That's how I see it.

I'm not sure there's a game changing superstar our there, which is why people want to move back. I just hope people don't overreact too much.

i don't know, i see three of them.

Still willing to offer a 2nd and 3rd for a 1st. I am not even asking for a later pick unless we want to expand the trade to include more picks.

Don't do it, you guys! That'd make his team too good!

Don't be scaaaared.

Trading back isn't a bad strategy.  Trading back for a very modest gain in the 2nd and 3rd *IS* a bad strategy.

If somebody isn't gaining an extra pick in the 1st four rounds by moving back, it's probably a bad deal for them.
