Dionte Christmas reminds me of Vernon Maxwell (minus baggage)

When I was watching a few of the SL games I thought, wow this kid can play. He's active, a good athlete, has decent size, and pretty much has no conscious when putting up a shot. Even looking at him, his body type et al, he reminds me some of Vernon Maxwell (used to pay for Spurs a long time ago).

Now Vernon was a bit of a problem child, from what I recall, but he could play.

So if this kid makes the team, it's likely he won't see a lot of burn, but I get the feeling that when he does you will know he's out there because of his energy.

Now Jet is the guy they're looking toward to bring offense of the bench from the 2 spot, but it's likely that in some games Jet will play some backup PG mins and they will want some size at the SG spot, someone that could score a bit and be active on D.

I like this kid, hope he makes it.
