The recent threads about Delonte West and Ryan Gomes got me thinking about what the best team that could be put together using current players drafted by the Boston Celtics would look like.  I came up with this one.

Rajon Rondo/Chauncey Billups/Delonte West
Joe Johnson/Avery Bradley/Tony Allen
Paul Pierce/Ryan Gomes/Gerald Green
Al Jefferson/Jared Sullinger/JaJuan Johnson
Kendrick Perkins/Semih Erden/Fab Melo

How would this team do?  Did I miss some important players?  Can someone come up with a better team of Celtics' draftees?

I might be nuts, but I'm thinking that team is a legit contender.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

Rondo was drafted by Phoenix and Jeff Green by the Celtics technically.

Rondo was drafted by Phoenix and Jeff Green by the Celtics technically.

And JaJuan Johnson was drafted by the Nets.

To keep it simple, let's make it players who began their NBA careers as Boston Celtics.  This would make someone like Greg Stiemsma eligible even though he was never drafted.
