Anderson has not ever been arrested in conjunction with this case, and he certainly hasn't been convicted.

I wouldn't want to sign him while he's under investigation, and obviously wouldn't want to sign him if he's found guilty (or plea-bargains).  But if he's completely exonerated, then I'd definitely be happy to see him get another NBA chance.
