  • GOT IT!!!
Has anyone read anything about this? Last I saw Toronto was a possible third team involved.

It doesn't seem like it's going to get done at this point.  :(

There hasn't been any news for a while. I am feeling less and less optimistic about anything getting done as each day passes.

This may be related to the OJ Mayo signing with Dallas. Dallas only has 4 mil in cap space which isn't enough to sign Mayo. So I suspect there may be a sign and trade involving Dallas, Memphis and Boston

The Celtics will sign SG Jason Terry using the mid-level exception, meaning they won't be able to pull off a sign-and-trade for him, according to coach Doc Rivers.
This also means they likely won't have enough money available to sign SG Courtney Lee, as well. Expect Terry's deal to become finalized in the next few days, and for him to start at SG on opening night for Boston.

It's not over until he inks a deal with another squad.
