Not being sarcastic.. But im honestly curious as to why your so anti Calderon? I thought he had a pretty decent year last season. He can pass and hit the three. Doesn't play much defense and is admittedly an injury risk every year. But as the backup point guard he wouldn't be playing too many minutes anyway. So what gives?
I don't think there is any player you can describe as "doesn't play much defense" that I would be enthusiastic about becoming a Celtic.

Yeah this is a big issue. and honestly, ive just never liked the guy or his game. He has done nothing to improve the raptors over his 6 or 7 years there. he hasnt shown any leadership and has a losing mentality. His 11 and 9 look good on paper, but again, it was on the raptors who have no one else to score or make plays. His losing mentality, lack of leadership, and lack of defense turn me away. Plus, like i said, i just dont like him.

This seems a bit harsh to me.

It's not Jose Calderon's job to improve the Raptors, it's Bryan Colangelo's, and he's done a poor job of it so far. That Raptors roster has been thin on talent for the last 5 years running. In that time, Calderon has consistently ranked in the top 5 for assists and assist to TO ratio, despite the lack of talented teammates. To me, that makes his accomplishments more impressive, not less.

Calderon does have his weaknesses, namely his lack of defense and durability. But branding him with a "losing mentality" and "lack of leadership" to me seems unfair (especially when you consider his Olympic/FIBA resume).
