  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
For. E Miami and Lebron have been enemy number 1 since he went there. That's said though, the makers are far from washed up.

I trash LeBron, Wade, Bosh, Battier, et al, all the time, because they're on the Heat.  I'm sure I would quickly cheer for them should they ever become Celtics, but they're on the Heat, and so I loathe them.  Ray gets the same treatment now.
Tp same

Tonight on The Ray Allen show, we're going to start off with calling him, then breathing heavily into the phone, and the hanging up. Then, we will re-watch highlights from the 2008 Finals, and talk about how stupid Lebron James's hairline is.

Tune in next week when our special guest will be Dan Gilbert!

EDIT: Tp for anyone who gets the reference. 2TPS If you're born after 1989.

You know what, I think I'm gonna keep "trashing Ray" just to get under the skin of those who don't like it.

I am truly tired of the "holier than thou" and "you got no right to bad mouth Ray" statements or threads.

For those of you who have respectfully paid Ray his due, without criticizing those of us who are not happy with him, sorry.  I respect you, even though I disagree.

For those of you who refuse to allow those of us who don't appreciate Ray's actions, or feel he is a  traitor, to express our opinions without condemnation, I only have one thing to say.

POUND SAND!

I'll feel however I want, and don't care if someone else doesn't like or approve of it.

Ray can go to hell for all i care.im done debating with people that don't get why us fans are mad that he left.

1.He left to go to miami while we offered him more money

2.He was mad that we have been trying to trade him but he
forgets  this is a business.paul pierce a life time celtic was almost traded to the nets.Rondo has been in constant trade talks for Cp3,paul gasol and westbrook.Yet we gave him a no trade clause to  alleviate his fear of getting traded.Still he gave a big F U to ainge and left for Miami.

3.He was mad that we made Kg our number one priority to sign.No sht sharlock. He is a better player than you.

4.He complains he wasn't getting enough touches with the celtics.First of all ray you got your touches in boston. Two you were a hindrance to our offense.I would watch rondo pound the ball for 24 seconds waiting for ray to run through multiple screens to get open.when you finally get open you would take a bad shot or miss it.Furthermore, you will be getting less shots in miami because you have chambers rather than rondo passing you the ball, and you have lebron and wade on the team so you will get less touches

5.You wouldnt be starting in Miami.so why leave Boston.it is because you are a baby and needed to be cuddled.

6.You abandoned the fans and mostly the players KG,Paul pierce and Doc.How can you claim to be forever be a celtic, while you just joined the team that eliminated us and you took less money, less playtime to do it.What a traitor.you spat in the face of celtic fans.I hate using this term but real celtic fans are mad at him.He could careless about us.If the heat are really our second rival other than the lakers, then they is no way we cheer for ray.I used to be a laker fan at our point more of a kobe fan.i like both the lakers and the celtics but do you think i would cheer for the lakers or kobe now.Hell No.

Now tell us how you really feel? hahaa Tp man. I agree with you 100% Judas was butthurt for many reason. He saw Miami Heat as the avenue to get back at Boston Celtics. It was a childish, vindictive move.

I'll say this; Ray leaving the C's seems to be an even more divisive topic than the Perk trade.

There have been quite a few posters that have really raised my ire, and caused me to question their integrity.

As I said in another thread, I am quite certain I have yet to belittle anyone for feeling no ill will or having fondness for Ray.  All I ask is that those of us who disagree be given the same latitude to have our own opinions, free from condemnation.

We all do still root for the C's, right?  Let's please just agree to disagree.  I feel it is really reaching a boiling point here.

I've no problems with Ray. Not even after him joining the NBA idiots in Miami. I'm pretty sure everybody around here who hate Ray right now are gonna hate him alot more after next season when Ray has had the last laugh!

Please be careful who you classify as "real Celtics fans."

Judging by your avatar pic, if that is in fact you, I'm guessing that I've been a Celtics fan longer than you've been on Earth.

Your inane judgement of who "Real" Celtics fans are goes against Blog Rules.

But don't worry - I Ain't mad atcha.

Can people stop telling other people how they should think and feel?  If people want to hate and boo Allen and think that he is a traitor to Celtic's nation, good for them.

If they want to remember the Championship and Allen as a guy who helped win that.  Good for them.

I hate this attitude that people have, mostly against people who can't forgive Allen, that these self-righteous people have the moral high-ground to tell others how to feel about Allen.

It's probably not a good idea to publicly admit that you intend on trolling / baiting people.  8)

As for the Ray discussion, I personally think it's grown tedious, but to each their own.  People can bash the decision (so long as they comply with blog rules), or defend the decision (ditto).  What's important is that people act civilly, instead of insulting and labeling others.

^ This. How about instead of continuing this we just move on and stop making threads about someone who doesn't play for our team... Everyone is entitled to their own opinions on the matter but I think instead of fighting over whether or not Ray was right or wrong our time would be better spent and more productive discussing our current team
