Our absolutely worse front line almost got it done last season! The problem was the loss of AB.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Hmmmmm.  I don't think that when everything shakes out that our front line will look like that.  I think that Danny is creating a more athletic team to pair with Rondo.

That said, I think that we have a lot of power forwards and one will be traded in a sign and trade.  WHat I think Danny will try to do is sign and trade Bass to Houston (so he can play with Superman again - when the Orlando/Houston trade gets consumated) in a three way trade and get Courtney Lee from Houston and Jason Terry from Dallas.  Of course that would require Houston sending a certain amount of value to Dallas to complete the trade.

That will leave our MLE open to sign someone like Mayo.

This will leave us with a line-up of

Center:
KG, Steamer (hopefully), Wilcox,  Sullinger and Melo

Power Forward:
Jeff Green, JJJ, Wilcox, Sullinger

Small Forward
Paul Pierce, Kris Joseph, Mayo?

Shooting Guard
Avery Bradley, Courtney Lee, Jason Terry, Moore, Mayo?

Point Guard
Rondo, Jason Terry, Moore

It will be interesting to see how the rest of Danny's summer plays out.
This could be an exciting, quick and good defensive team

Really don't think we can get Steamerz back if he takes the $3M offer by the T'Wolves, so if we sign Wilcox, the C position will pretty much be KG and Wilcox unless Melo suddenly becomes NBA ready which i doubt he is right now. Ainge said that Sullinger would see some minutes at the C? Not sure if he's too undersized for that, but i think plugging the hole at C and SG are priorities, but I still think that Ainge would prefer getting another SG over another C

I think, as it stands, it'll be more something like:

KG / Bass / Green / Wilcox / Sullinger (he might jump over some of these) / Johnson
Wilcox / KG / Bass / Stiemsma (doubt he returns) / Melo

if Steimer leaves, our center rotation is going to be

Garnett/Wilcox/sullinger.

Ainge already said sully is goign to have to play the 5 next year...he may be undersized, but like BBD he has alot of size(and a big wingspan) to keep bigs off their spot.

I think sullinger is going to be our first rookie to contribute since? bbd? hes already NBA ready

Not a huge need.   KG will be fine.   Wilcox, Sullinger can play it.  I think we could use another big though.   But a generic PF or C with talent is what I would want rather than a C.  Doc believes in bigs more so than positions.   He likes small ball too.
