I'd prefer getting Lee if the price isn't exhorbitant but Pietrus is my preferred plan B provided he's healthy.  I'd definitely bring him to camp to see if he's back to making 3's (like in the regular season instead of bricking them in the playoffs)

I hope thats what it means.. If so, i think we found our starting 2 guard til Bradley comes back.. I really doubt we'll be able to work anything out for Lee

I doubt it. I imagine he's still waiting for offers at this point. When you're a "C" type FA then you generally have to wait for the RFAs to sort themselves out.

I'm only interested in Pietrus if a Lee or Mayo deal can't be swung.  From what I've seen of Joseph, I'd like him to make the team and minutes will be tough enough with Pierce and Green ahead of him.

If Joseph does make the team he won't be playing unless an injury pops up at SF, maybe even two injuries if our third SG is a guy like Pietrus.

I'd love him back personally.  I actually perfer him to Lee because I love his defense so much and feel pretty confident he can play a lot better offensively.

I know Lee can shoot for sure and some people speak positively about his defense but I haven't seen it (and to be fair haven't really looked).  I know Pietrus will bring that.

If we get Lee instead that'll be good don't get me wrong but I love how much this guy wants to play for us.  That means something to me.

Courtney Lee has always earned his minutes on his defense. He's smaller than Pietrus and as such can't really guard bigger 2s and 3s as well as Pietrus but Lee's a better overall player.
