Borges is confusing hardheadedness with immaturity. Rondo comes off as a very mature dude he just doesnt mince words with teammates and expects perfect execution. Guy doesnt know what hes talking about.

I wouldn't say Rondo is very mature. Who is he to expect perfect execution? He doesn't make mistakes? Or his mistakes are excusable because he handles the ball so much? Ray has always been considered the consummate professional, so I'm sure he knew the playbook as well as anyone. Complaining about missed shots or physical inability to defend doesn't make you a leader, it makes you a punk.

I think Rondo bullied Ray. He knew he couldn't touch Pierce or KG. I'm pretty confident Rondo's head just got a little bigger knowing he played an integral part in running Ray out of town.
