Idea: Dooling/JJJ for Courtney Lee?

I know it's only two games, but this Jonathan Gibson has stood out to me so far. Reminds me of Nate Robinson without the boneheaded relapses. Breathtaking footspeed, very good change of direction, quickness, and he's taller than Nate so he's not going to get stuffed taking it to the rim either.

Again, he could crash back down to Earth tomorrow, but what do you think about taking him on the team as our third-string point guard and S&T'ing Dooling/JJJ/2014 Brooklyn second rounder for Courtney Lee? I'm not positive the money would work, someone is going to have to weigh in on that but I think Houston would be intrigued with this trade. Dooling is an established locker room presence, JJJ looked good today and after dealing Budinger to the T-Wolves he might even have a shot to play some three.

What do you think? We get to keep Moore who I like better as a fit than JJJ and we get the best player in the deal, Courtney Lee, who also happens to fill a need.

I want to see more out of Gibson but a lot of ppl have suggested the Dooling s&t for Lee so I agree with the idea

Yes, it more or less would work money wise. There's been a lot of posts on this in other Courtney Lee related threads.

Nope. They took 2nd rounders from NY in the Camby deal.
