Without a doubt, IMO.

He is making what? 11 mil right now? And his contract is for another yr or two?

I expect him to keep his reb/stls numbers the same....his scoring MUST go up...his "J" MUST be consistent, now...his assists COULD go down a bit, because we don't have ______ _______anymore.

That man, regardless of the alleged issues, was one of Rondo's primary targets.

Rondo, for what it's worth - is part of the "New Big Three", now.

Paul-Rondo-KG.

BUT:

We simply need more scoring from him, now....with whomever we bring in (Courtney Lee, Mayo (unlikely)), he will need to increase his offensive agressiveness and production.

We need it more than ever, now.

He does this, and he will be worth getting a max contract.

Rondo makes 11 million next year, just under 12 million in 13/14, and just under 13 million in 14/15.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

Rondo had no problem racking up the assists when Bradley was starting.

I defiantly think Rondo is a max guy. He's worth the max right now...imagine if he gets a jumpshot or hits free throws?
