I thought of him strictly as a scorer, I mean that's what he was at Temple. He has definitely bulked up since then. His passing and defensive energy has also really surprised me.

Dionte will sure be on someones training camp roster if not ours. Has played really good for us so far.
Jack of all trades, master of none.

  • Ashy To Classy, baby.
I'm on the Christmas bandwagon. He's consistently good at everything offensively, and plays GREAT defense. He's strong as hell, doesn't shy away from contact, and can be a willing passer.

He reminds me of Wes Matthews, and could turn into another Wes Matthews if he's signed.

If there's room, get on that Danny!
My pic is now, and will be Fab Melo until he posts his first official NBA dbl-dbl. This may be permanent.

Moore , Pietrus and Xmas.   somebody an't going make it .

Xmas is phyiscal player, not scard to mix it up and neither is Moore.  Moore and Xmas seem to have a bit of the Clutch gene and not afraid of the moment.

I love Pietrus...just not sure he can stay healthy and play in top form .

I just have one question for Danny and his staff:

Do they know it's Christmas time?

I hope he makes the cut love his ability to take it to the rack and draw fouls, outside of Pierce (as he gets older) and Rondo who hardly drives we sure could use a guy like that
"7ft PG. Rondo leaves and GUESS WHAT? We got a BIGGER point guard!"-Tommy on Olynyk

If all goes well, Moore goes in a S&T, Pietrus isn't needed, and Xmas a good, cheap, #15 on the roster.

Very intense out there, my only issue is that he's a little quick on the trigger from out deep, but so are Gibson and Smith

I have only watched parts of a couple games so far, but I have not been impressed with Christmas.  He hasn't looked particularly great at anything.

With that said, he does seem to do the little things, and they might just not show up in a summerleague game as much.

TP for you. Everyone clamoring for him to make the team at SG is not thinking this through. I don't think him nor moore are NBA talent. Where does Christmas play? You either have to start him or JET at the 2 until bradley returns...don't think you can do either really...

Boston needs a LEGIT SG brought in
