If Hornets match PHX offer sheet to Eric Gordon, as they've vowed, desert sources say this is definite: OJ Mayo will be courted hard by Suns.

Seems like a good fit for both.  Suns desperate for a 2-guard & i think Mayo would have a good chance at spreading his wings in PHX.  Talk about potential chemistry issues tho if you have both Beas and Mayo.
Yikes, yeah that could be a bad combination.

Suns will likely either have him or force the Pacers to pay more then.

There's really no way that this is possible.  Mayo is going to want more than Courtney Lee.  Not only is it impossible to straight up sign him for that, it'd be very difficult to even to put a S&T package together for what would likely be at least 6-8 million per year.

Mayo and Beasley on the same team?  Not a good idea at all.

Phoenix might be the worst run team in the league right now.

Ever since Steve Kerr left two years, the decisions they have been making have been shambolic.

Yeah and I wasn't in love with Kerr's choices either, but I could understand them at least.

I thought Kerr wasn't very good but the recent mgmt is making him look like a genius.

So now with the Pacers signing Gerald Green, that eliminates Indiana from the equation.

It appears to be the Suns and Mavericks as the primary competition for Mayo's services.

Here's hoping that the delay in announcing the Bass, Green and Terry contracts means Danny is actively working S&T possibilities.

Locking up Mayo and Green as our wings for the future would be very nice.

Like I said last night Danny Ainge is the most creative GM in the NBA and he will figure out a way to further upgrade the team.

Danny is creative, alright - he finds more ways to alienate previously loyal players from the Celtics organization than any GM in the league.
The Four Celtic Generals:

isn't anyone concerned about Mayo's attitude problems - the guy is a grade-A head case.

Not sure why you'd say that.  Because he got into a fight with Tony Allen?  "Grade-A head case" is extreme.

He's 24 years old, and ultra-talented. Pair him with Rondo and Jeff Green and you've got a really talented core going forward.
