I guess that makes the trade worthwhile for New Jersey because without it, Williams says he was gone to Dallas.  It is after the fact so you never know, but he does seem believable.

It was a good trade. Now they just need to follow it up with one more big move (well, two moves, need to re-sign Brook Lopez too). Then they are in business.

Nice to see the gamble paid off for BK. I can't wait for the Celtics to stomp them but I still think they will make for the playoffs.

At first I didn't believe that Johnson was going to make anyone stay anywhere. Then you look at the age difference and a 31 year old Johnson looks better than a 34 year old Dirk when projecting.
