Ray screwed us.  Everyone thought he was a true part of this team.  Inseparable.  Ubuntu.  Even Doc.

KG showed us such unbelievable unity and then Ray just goes and disrespects that same bond.  The Big 3 was built on sacrifice and defined the tradition of the Celtics.  Ray was a piece of all of us.  We would've retired his number.  As long as we kept riding the same 4 players it felt like every season we were reliving the best year of our lives.

Suddenly it's a completely different team.

Glade she is Fan and does care.

That team in Miami is just an extension of that  CA turd program that big nosed dude with the greasy hair brought to the EC from LA.

Evil Doktor Riley and his little hunchback dwarf Spobot ::)

It's better than some owners/owners wives who would say, "Who's Ray Allen?"

relax my friend.  You can't blame Allen for leaving. Though him going to Miami was a stupid move on his part.

If the team traded him last year its not his fault right? now that he had a choice , its his fault?? He has pride being a superstar player and didn't want to be the worse one of the big three. Getting paid the least, getting least bench time and spotlight.

Now in Miami , he still gets paid dirt from what he is used to, but he will play a key role off the bench. Also who knows what happened between him and Rondo.

Personally i'm ok that he left. Bradley is our starting sg

Shoulda kept her thoughts on the inside.

She probably felt betrayed like the most of us. Can't blame her. Again it's not about Ray leaving, it's where he's joining.

I'd like her husband to wake her at 2am and tell her they re moving to memphis, and 20 min later to say "joking lol".

Nah... we tried to trade him a bunch of times, told him we had traded him to Memphis at the trade deadline, benched him for Avery Bradley and signed his replacement for 15 mil effectively eliminating his role.   Can't blame him for leaving.

All true, but signing his replacement. We "overpayed" for Dooling's replacement, and with the addition of Green and the assumption of Ray staying, also replaced Pietrus roster spot.

I'm just looking at that video shaking my head...shame Ray.
Well he did what he wanted and now the Celtics have to move on. I hope the Celtics can stop them from winning a championship and win it this year.

On this I found nothing wrong with what she said. She kept it simple and moved on an she didn't do a Dan Gilbert.

Actually he was Memphis because that is where you told him he was going. She must have forgotten the small fact about calling Ray in and telling him he was being traded to Memphis for OJ Mayonnaise.

Yeah, the players should make sure they do what best for the C's and ownership will make sure they do what's best for the C's. Sounds perfect if your last name is Grousbeck.
