With Ray now gone how much will this affect the team next season? It seems the tagline throughout the off-season was "We're getting the gang back together." Well that now is out the window.

think it will improve. boston had great chemistry last year other than ray-rondo..

Even though Bradley still played well last season with Ray behind him, I would think having the pressure of taking Rays spot off his shoulders should make him breathe easier.

I suspect that if there was/is beef between Ray and Rondo, then the chemistry should be smooth next season.

I admire BOS's organization in that you rarely hear the players talk about this stuff.
