Awesome.  I wonder how much of it is celebration that he's being picked by the Celtics and how much of it is just general celebration that he and his people are now pretty much set for life.  That's a huge event.  All that hard work leading to it.  Big day no matter who he was going to.  Relief that he was going in the first round and he's now guaranteed to be a multi millionare.

I bet there was a lot of relief he didn't slip into the 2nd round where contracts are not guaranteed.

I'd hardly call being picked 21st with a potentially career limiting, if not ending, injury as a red flag being set for life.

Yeah I mean... I'm assuming he plays bare minimum 4 years (the first two years are guaranteed and the next two are team options) and makes 4 million dollars.  What's the worst-case scenario?... 2 years and 2 million dollars?

Maybe I'm a minimalist or something... I have friends who manage to live off a 35k per year salary without much trouble.  At this rate, it would take them over 55 years to make as much as Sullinger is guaranteed to make in the next two.  I think he'll be fine.
