He's supposedly trying to recruit Dwight there now and Dwight put the Hawks on his list

Should admit that if Dwight gets traded elsewhere (Brooklyn, Houston, LA, etc)... the Josh Smith thing could come back up on this forum.  But for now, it's looks like we can stop talking about it.

that wouldnt surprise me since he is from ATL.

his skill set isn't even worth the drama and headache in my opinion.

"Combined with the Johnson trade, Atlanta is sending out more than $105 million in long-term salary with Monday's two deals and taking back just $23.5 million."

Ladies and gentlemen, I believe we have a frontrunner for 2013 Exec of the Year.

Too bad Danny Ferry wasn't hired by the federal government to handle the Wall Street bailout.  He cleaned up the Hawks in a week, and got a first round draft pick, a bunch of small expiring contracts for his trouble, and remarkably, didn't have to take back one bad contract.

Horford, Josh Smith, Morrow, Teague and DeShawn Stevenson/cheapie vet SF, with Pachulia, Ivan Johnson/Justin WIlliams, Devin Harris, rookie John Jenkins, Farmar is a competitive group, short on wing scoring, but in a rebuilding year, at least they won't suck.

When I read the thread title, I thought immediately:

'Josh Smith gets nostalgic about girlfriend as he starts to pack up old CDs and T-shirts she left at his place before breakup'

First off Paul is signing with the clippers secondly The hawks are not on Howard's wish list he is heading to Dallas
With Deron Williams people. Williams is committing to the Mavs. While Howard will wait his time and sign with Dallas next year mark my words.

It's be weird for two of the best NBA teams to be playing in front of two of the worst NBA crowds.
