I don't like the Fab Melo pick but Sullinger?  I think that's a good pick.  How can you compare Sullinger to either guys you mention?  When was either Earl or Mosio a 1st team  All-American (let alone twice)?  The answer they weren't....

The Celtics weren't a fast team last year, and they were 1 quarter away from making the finals. Bear in mind people, that we are probably going to have Jeff Green next year, Bradley starting, and at least one bigish free agent guard. (Crawford probably).

Cause I forgot Sullinger was considered a top 5 pick in the 2011 draft if he opted out after freshman year and a top 12 pick this year a week ago if not for a back concern... so since you seem to know hes a bust, well then you must be able to predict the future.

Melo has more bust potential but he also he a lot of potential to be good under the right guidance. Screams to me that KG is back next year to mentor him.

Wow. I mean just wow.

Sullinger is a STEAL. Only reason a lot didn't take him (and which I kind I hated the pick, and wished it was PJ III instead) is because of his back issues. The kid is a top 5 talent in this draft and we stole him. And don't compare him to BBD. He is a post player who bullies defenders down low and a better rebounder.

Melo has huge upside and is already physically imposing.

I don't get the Moiso and Earl comparison at all.

Sullinger has more outside game than you give him credit for.  He just didn't show it because his coach wanted him down low, and he did what he was asked.  But I think he's a better outside shooter than Baby, even if he'll follow orders and play  nearer to the rim.  But he also knows how to use his body better to get off his shot, even being a little undersized.

Also, he's a good kid.  I'm a huge Michigan fan, and I hate Ohio State more than I hate the cHeat, by a long shot, but I couldn't help but like Sullinger despite all that, and was hoping he'd miraculously fall to us.

What we all just learned is KG is coming back and we added to a team that was solid if not injured. Take last years team and add Sullinger, and Melo to play at the bigs, with Green and a healthy Avery. We really fixed issues last years team had, with this draft. Hopefully we will bring literally everyone back

In his combine he said he liked playing in the post, then corrected himself by saying he LOVED playing in the post.

i never changed my mind - Delusional should have never traded Perk (a very valuable player for the Celtics in many ways) and then he wouldn't have had to spend the last two years trying desperately over & over & over to replace him - we have not had a solid center since DA gave Perk away.
