I can live with Sullinger but here's the question: Brandon Bass proved to be an excellent fit and he brings the same things that Sullinger does and he's proven in this system. Melo provides defense, shot, blocking and length, the same things that Stiemsma brings and he's proven in this system.

I think that's a bad assumption that they'll walk.

rumor is Bass in a S&T for Mayo which makes sense if Ray leaves.  Steimsma is a bargain deal and would be the back up center ahead of whoever they sign as a starter (because it just can't be Melo)

J. Johnson is looking like he is a big part of the puzzle. he is perry jones without the knee issues.

He's really not, though. Yes, he's long and athletic like PJ3, but he has a fraction of the overall talent and skill-set. We will regret this a few years down the line, if not sooner.
