While watching the Draft my son Bryce ask "Is Ray Allen gonna play for the Heat". I said "I don't know, I hope so".

I missed the first part too but I saw it came from Lebron...then I said to myself "please don't let it be about Ray, please don't let it be about Ray"...so I went to his Twitter and lo and behold.... ::)

Isn't something like that considered tampering?  Public free agent talk is a strict no-no til July 1st I believe.

LeBron is a player, not a front office employee so this is definitely not a major tampering case. Dirk did the same with Deron Williams today. Happens all the time. Likely not a big deal.  An article on Yahoo noted tampering in a Dirk-Deron article, bringing up Will Perdue getting merely a warning for an earlier violation.  If it were Spoelstra or Riley, the NBA would care.
