I think they're just trading down within the lottery (somewhere within the vicinity of top 10 I think) so I think it doesn't really affect us. The Wiz apparently are a candidate.

But I'd think hard about it if they're just going to give away the pick if we take terrible Thomas's contract.

Yep, there are still posts around here for trading FOR this guy when in fact they would happily give him away for nothing and throw in draft picks along with it. Terrible player, terrible teammate, terrible contract. The worst.

They're not giving away the pick to get rid of Thomas, they're making the price of the number 2 pick another high lottery pick and taking Thomas.

This is what they're likely asking of Cleveland/Washington. (plus another first rounder in all likelyhod)
