sadly, I was thinking about it..but Ray is going to be the odd man out next year unless he is ok with taking a limited role with less shots/minutes

if we re-sign Green you have to imagine he will take a 6th man type role(hence shots away from Ray) and Bradley is penciled in as the starter

I think it's a foregone conclusion that Ray is gone.   Maybe the surgery will help him but maybe not.

Any desirable player is going to want and likely get a multi year deal.  This is why signing someone to replace ray will be difficult.  And given our other priorities, will we even have money left over to sign a decent free agent?  Not sure.

I think Kirk Hinrich would be a great fit on our team at the right price.  He is a great defensive player, which we always want, and he can shoot the ball, which we definitely need.  He could also be a great backup PG for Rondo.

He would be a massive upgrade over Dooling.
