C's need athletic bigs that can run with Rondo. They got neither of those with those two picks.

I agree, but he doesn't exactly have the highest basketball IQ out of the draft...I like Sullinger for his BB IQ

I really felt Danny would go for guys like Nicholson, Melo, Sully, or Ezeli. He was after big guys. KG needs to play with guys like them. It was need over BPA.

I worry that Fab Melo is Acie Earl part 2.

I wanted to swing for the fences with Perry Jones.  :-\

Perhaps Ainge is thinking that Melo and Sullinger have the beef to play now. Between Hollins, Johnson and Williams, the C's have their fair share of skinny pogo sticks.

I'm excited about Sullinger though. The guy has a complete game, even though it is below the rim.
