My faves, Miller and Wroten, are #6 and #13 on that Hollinger list, and only 19 years old!

I saw someone point this out on another thread recently, but Ainge likes to take high-talent prospects in the first round and more productive players in the second. I think this is an excellent strategy and would like to see Ainge continue this trend. If I had to list the players with the most talent/upside who we could possibly get at our position:

1. PJ3
2. Royce White
3. Moe Harkless
4. Quincy Miller
5. Jared Sullinger
6. Tony Wroten

Like it or not, unless someone unexpected drops, Jeffery Taylor will be one the picks.

Really like Nicholson.  But I gotta say, DORON LAMB is my guy at 22.  I know people say we already have RR, AB, and EM, that he;s undersized, that all he can do is make threes, but I think he'd be great for us.  A threat from outside, good defender, and has great handle(he was basically the starting 2 and backup 1 at UK).

TP. I'd like to see Nicholson at 21 and Lamb at 22. The teams 2nd rounder could still be a decent C.

Would be interesting if Nicholson, the physic major, were here with Jeff Green, who just finished up his degree in English, and Rondo.  The basketball geek squad.

Lamb got a nice game. He could become a Joe Dumars type player.

Isn't it beginning to seem very likely that there will be surprise selections from 10-20 and someone -- hopefully someone Danny loves -- is going to fall?  Impossible to predict who DA really wants, and he'll say "that's the guy we wanted" no matter who they select.

The Celtics need to try to move up a few spots to draft PJ3. This kid will be a star.

I don't see it. Two years of below average scoring, rebounding and defense. There aren't many safe bets in the NBA draft, but one of the safest is that poor college players stay poor in the pros. I'm open to counter examples.

Can someone please tell me what the Bobcats are getting for giving the #2 pick to the Wizards?

Thanks much,

I was confused for a moment....

All I want is Festus Ezelli and Jae Crowder. I trust Danny on the other pick.

Crowder is a 2nd rounder.  He measured at 6'4" at the combine...that aint getting him into the first round in my book.

Didn't say they needed to snag him with a first rounder.
