I consider myself lucky in this draft, because ultimately, it's really how we
each feel about our own team that matters, and I've never gone about it from a direction of building a team I
think everyone will like and pick for whatever reason. Say what you want, but I've remained true to my own beliefs, (however twisted they may be, haha, see Allen Iverson), and so far I've only had to change one pick, and take one second choice from my list ... every other pick (to this point), has been my first choice, and I feel fortunate for that ... this pick keeps me true to that course, (blah, blah, blah ... rambling relentlessly).
Of all the cop shows I've watched and enjoyed over the years, this one has been my favorite, and purely because of this guy, this actor, this
character, who also makes no apologies, and reminds us in an all-too realistic way, (by embracing his imperfections), that we do
not live in a prefect world, and no hero is without blemish. Hence, since DL robbed me of my Kato/Bruce Lee pick, (which I knew he would - nice pick, Buddy), for it's
eighth pick in the
2012 CB Ultimate Draft, the newly-named
Portland Paradigm, (Team Bahku), selects the unapologetic icon and ideal pick for our team of over-achievers in the
TV Law Enforcement Character category ...
...
Vic Mackey.
The one, true badass cop.
