Let's go ahead and change Mother Goose to Mascot.

I'm no mod so not official, but I don't see why we shouldn't skip him.

You don't have to be a mod to initiate a skip.  If an hour has passed since the most recent pick between 9 am and 11 pm Eastern time, anyone can initiate a skip.  Since Sofu's tunr came up at 10:30 he never had a full hour.  The clock started back up at 9 AM, which means now that it's 10 AM, we can now officially skip to IP.
