I'm trying to think - outside of the 'Back to the Future' movies - is there another movie that's more unavoidable than 'Ghostbusters'? You'd think that everone would have had to see it by now.

Shawshank Redemption, Con Air, and The Rock. Are you alive at 4:30 PM on a saturday? Were you watching TV? You were watching one of those, weren't you?

Ya, I've seen all those about a zillion times each. But I've got 'Ghostbusters' way above that. Only other comparable one I could think of is 'Ferris Bueller'

That could be a whole other draft category. Star Wars, Back to the Future, and Ghostbuters have got to be the big three of unavoidable movies. With Forest Gump running the point and Mary Poppins at the five.

I agree, honestly, I never really paid to much attention to that song other than the harvard baseball video, but I was at a country music concert saturday night and they played that song in between acts and the place went nuts.  Kinda funny that such a wide variety of people seem to really like that song.
