One thing that I'd like to mention is that Brandon showed that he may have been the Celtics' best one on one defender against Lebron James in this past series.  If he can guard Lebron James, then he can guard any small forward in the league. 

If he can truly become a guy who can play either forward position, he's so much more valuable.
