Absolutely fantastic year, very entertaining, and extremely proud of the team.  Over-achievement doesn't begin to describe the effort, and what was accomplished.  To win the chip, you have to be both great and lucky....we were the former, but not the latter (lucky would have meant having JON, Wilcox, Green, and Bradley - IMO we win the series with those 4).

In the end, playing 5 on 8 for three quarters was too much for our team and they were gassed.

But they're the true champions. The Hype are just Stern's babies. This is a team that overcame injuries, refs, age and bad luck. I'm a Celtic.

Celtic Pride don't grow on trees, and you can buy a ring but, you can't buy the heart of a champion.

I won't blame the refs this time. James, Wade and Bosh all showed up and played very well the last 12 minutes. Especially Bosh who nailed those 3 3 pointers. But these Celtics hung in there and played like champs. They kept proving people wrong again and again and fought til the very end. I cannot be any prouder for these Celtics

So much respect for this team. Garnett, most passionate player I've ever watched. Pierce, bleeds Celtics green. Allen, the epitome of class and clutch. Rondo, a one-of-a-kind talent and still only 26.

Looking forward to the Rondo era,. We're going to be a good team again soon... what a blessing. Possibly with Pierce and Garnett for a short while longer, but clearly a new era built around Rondo, Bradley and some new young pieces.

Of course I wish I could have watched these guys win 3 titles, but this was pretty [dang] special.
