My heart says we win but my head tells me not to get too excited. It will be very tough. Won't be surprised either way really....

If they lose, they have far exceeded my expectations. With the injuries to wilcox, bradley, green, ray and pierce...the wasted signing of jermaine o'neal and the horrible start they got out to...they have done everything they can. If they lose tonight it won't be because a lack of pride, heart and effort....which is all you can ask for

no matter what happens, win or lose, these Celtics deserves my respect and everyone else's. They proved everyone wrong time and time again. At this age and still making it to the conference finals, pushing the Heat to game 7. That itself is respectable.

However, it isn't over yet, so let's keep cheering them on!

I am nervous about tomorrow. That's all.

 :-X

Me too, bud.  Me too.

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my
blood would’ve been green.  -  Bill "Greatest of All Time" Russell

When I joined CB back in August of 2007, I never imagined what a ride this would be. If not for injuries, these Celts would be a team you mention when you talk about the greatest teams ever. I really believe that. And I don't think that's hyperbole when you think back to KG's injury or the way Perk went down. In both instances it broke our spirits and in the end we were just too spent to take it any further. Again, I don't think that's making excuses or anything, it's just explaining it how it is: If not for injuries, these Pierce/Garnett/Allen-led Celts would be named among the greatest teams ever. That's quite a feat.

No matter what happens in Game 7 they have proved the doubters (looking at you, ESPN) wrong time and again. They are warriors and I am so proud of them. So proud.

I love this team for its guts and heart, but for me, it is third behind the 60's teams and the Bird, Parrish, McHale teams.

bird, parish and mchale...best front court ever. DJ in the backcourt..oh yeah my favorite team without a doubt. But this one is my second favorite.
LET'S GO CELTICS!

I agree this era is something special, but even if Ray is gone or certain guys if they hang em up good thing is we got Doc and that bleed green warrior like attitude will be here for at least a while #iamaceltic

For those that weren't around for the Bird & Russell teams, they have now been shown by this current unit what the embodiment of Celtic pride and spirit is all about.
