Yeah, in what context?

If he thinks he's going to score like Durant, he's delusional.

If he thinks he can be the best player in the draft despite not going #1, then maybe there could be something to that.

Context would be nice. Drummond and Durant are both extremely quick for their height, that could be it.

Durant is the ultimate nice guy, but obviously a competitor too.  Drummond has been accused of smiling and looking too happy when he plays, and as he says, in so many words, he's just not a barker or a growler.

Well this is what I was going to mention

Team 1: So Andre we're thinking about picking you 5th overall, what do you think?

Andre: Well I think my career will probably mirror someone like Tony Delk or Adam Morrison and I'll be out of the league in three years

Team 1:Well we'll be in touch...

If he has the work ethic there is no reason this guy couldn't be an all star a few times. Would be nice to see him back up the Durant claim.

In reality, all he offered Durant's name for was as an NBA player he admired.  Good choice, I say.
