He is 10-37 in the last two games and 38-113 in this series. He is either dead tired from guarding Lebron or his knee is hurting him. He hit the big three in game 5, which was HUGE, but he has been extremely disappointing in this series. Come on, Captain. Strap it on one more time.

TP. One more time is exactly right. One more.

He's had a poor series shooting the ball, but I feel like the Captain has continually been finding ways to impact the game positively.  Definitely, though, let's hope he goes off in game seven.

Don't put it all on Pierce.  We will need everyone to shoot well tomorrow.  Pierce really hasn't shot well all series and we still get to game 7. We will need all to shoot well and for Rondo not to throw the ball all over the court!

Couldn't have said it any better.  I thought last night was one of the worst games of his career.

He's been awful.  HE had one big game in the playoffs...I think against Atlanta.  If he's gettin tired from playin Lebron, pin this on "slow to make adjustments" Doc Rivers.

He hasn't been good all playoffs.  But he has been awful against the Heat.  If you blame that on him having to defend Lebron, then at least you can finally see the logic behind the trade for Jeff Green last year.  We could really use him against this team.

The whole team needs to shoot better next game.  PP has had an awful run in these playoffs.  I can't imagine him not doing better next game.  same with KG.  Pietrus, god help me but he's been even worse and I just don't see that changing.

Hopefully Rondo and Bass are still on target.

I would say it is more important that he can sink his teeth into the defense.

Offensively, the two mismatches need strong games.

I want to see Rondo and KG abuse that defense.

I love Pierce. He is constantly in a battle with Havlicek for my favorite Celtic of all time. That said, other than the huge 3, I am not sure what he has done in this series.

Just for one example, during last night's third quarter when we unfortunately couldn't make a shot, the team played good D to keep us hanging around.  Paul Pierce made a number of excellent defensive plays during that stretch.
