As bad as they stunk tonight I hope the remaining crowd cheers the Celts when they leave the court.

Lebron and Bosh are about to cement their legacies at the expense of our franchise.
Offense sells tickets, Defense wins games, Rebounds win championships.

This team is so arrogant. This is why they never close anyone out. They feel like they can beat anyone in game 7, so they just sit back and hope the opposition lays down for them. It's going to bite them this time.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Reminds me of 2010 against the Lakers in game 6. They knew they had 2 games to win one and came out with no urgency.

The disparity between Lebron and Pierce doesn't help either.

Unwatchable, for the first time in a while I just can't watch the game to the end, one of the worst playoff games for the Celtics in the Big 3 era

Haha, like we are all going to bow down and give this guy basketball godhood.  Man Rondo had 44 in their house.  Our fans shouldn't give LJ s*it.  What are we supposed to do, oh gosh Lebron you are so good, we should just have been heat fans all year.  No one is as good as you are lebron (sarcasm).

Why should we write of the CELTICS is a better question?  Because you think we should?  Haha, not likely.  We are exactly who we are, tied 3-3 in the eastern conf final.  Why discount what the C's did because of one bad game?

Only thing we need to do is encourage OUR team / players to put on their big boy pants in game 7 and COMPETE.

Time to stop pretending like LeBron isn't a basketball god.   This game was inevitable.  When everyone wrote off the Heat against the Pacers, Bron came back with 40 points, 18 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 blocks and 2 steals... He's just amazing.  I'm sorry if you bought the media hype and thought he was just going to wilt away and roll over against our overacheving team.  He's been otherworldly all season.  Hat's off to the King.

Game 7 might be just as ugly.  BUt let's not feel like we "blew it".  We overachieved.  We shouldn't have even been this far... frankly we should have been swept in the 2nd round by Chicago.  Kinda like in 2009 when we had no business being up 3-2 to Orlando... stuff adjusts.  Good season.  Very happy with our effort.

they didn't even win this series yet, don't get carried away guys, I like our chances in game 7, a desperate celtics team is extremely tough to beat. We were far from desperate tonight.

This is one of those games where the players and coaches just need to throw the tape to this game out.

Pierce had his worst playoff game, maybe any game, in the big 3 era.  Rondo, even with his points, has had a poor and sloppy game by his standards.  Tough night for KG.  Terrible 3pt shooting.

All of this, PLUS Lebron having close to a literally perfect game.  You can't learn anything from this game, you can't make adjustments from this game.  You just need to call it a night, and be all in for game 7
