They will lose to the THunder in 6 or 7 games and then definitely fire Spostra... then probably pursue Bosh trades.  Can't see them trading Wade, because he's the savior who brought them their only title... the heart and soul of Miami Heat Basketball.  And I can't see them trading LeBron, because he's the greatest basketball player alive.   ONly thing they can really do is try trading Bosh for depth or an upgrade (Dwight?)

Short of getting Howard, they're not going to break up moe larry and curly.

If they got a Perk/Dalembert-type center...Somebody who could control the paint defensively and give them 8-10 inside ppg...It'd be hard to see too many teams beating them.

It also probably wouldn't hurt if they had a coach who was old enough to drink.

You're predicting a Heat comeback in ECF?

In other words, trade the one star that works well with the other two.

Good luck with that comback, btw.

I just can't see Riley trading Wade.... and I definitely can't see him trading LeBron.  It would probably make most sense to trade Wade... but how do you trade the one guy who lead to you to your only title and is still in his prime?

We'll see... this series isn't even over yet. Miami could still win the title.

Yeah.  We blew a 3-2 lead against Orlando in 2009 and a 3-2 lead against the lakers in 2010... so until Boston wins this series I'm assuming they will lose to the overwhelming favorite.  Hope I'm wrong.  No way we win the next one... can't see us beating the Heat 4 times in a row.  Game 7 will be in Miami and the NBA will want a Wade/Bron vs Westbrook/Durant Finals.

first you said Heat in 5, we got our one win..

then you said Nice we pushed them to 2, but we are'nt winning 3 in a row we would be blown out in game 5...now you are saying no way we win tomorrow night

are you EVER going to stop doubting this team? we've been better than Miami the last 4 games in a row. we could lose tomorrow night and you could be right..but we've seen how Mentally insecure Lebron is. and I really think the c's see blood and want to come out and finish this.

game 6, at home in the garden(we didnt have closeout games in the garden against orlando/LA)

Wade AND Bosh for Howard + filler.

Just trying to make it realistic for Orlando.
Wade is realistic for Orlando.  I mean what team can offer a better package than Wade and I mean that seriously.

Radio the other day was talking Wade for Howard straight up. IMO thats something both teams would have to do and the still the best the magic could get.

It's really a shame we couldn't steal game 2...  we'll probably look back on this series (after getting destroyed the next two games) with a bit of regret about blowing that opportunity.  But you still have to be proud of the good job and good effort of this underdog team.  Proud as punch for pushing it to 7 against MIami and making LeBron earn it.

see, there you go again....what basis do you have to go by that we are going to get Destroyed the next 2 games?

Provided that BOS can close them out (hopefully)?

Spoelstra will either be fired, or be on a VERY short tether until possibly Feb of next year - if the team starts to loose focus between then, I expect Bosh to be traded and Spo to be let go.

I found it VERY interesting that Phil Jackson did not go with the ORL job.....interesting, indeed.

Spo will be the unfortunate victim in this...and he will more than likely go to another team and make them competitive.

With that being said - MIA will probably be BOS's TOUGHEST closeout in recent memory for me - and I've watched many games. They won't go quietly.

But they WILL go. BOS knows what's at stake tomorrow night...thankfully, we are NOT a young team.

Pierce won't go 6-19 again, and Rondo won't go 2-13 again, either.

So we're only 7/9 in series where we were up 2-2 and won game 5 (3-2) since 2008.  That's 78%.  Coin flips would suggest we should be 75%.  Concern is totally warranted, sure, we definitely COULD lose the next 2, but in all likelihood we'll be the victors of this series.
