Beside of the different concerns or issues on this series Vs. HEAT, I see very important to focus on managing point advantage. In game 2, 3, and 4 we have a big point advantages, but Cs did not manage well these advantages in the end of the games or in particular during 4th quarter. So in game 2(being up 15 points), we loss in OT, in game 3(being up 23 points) Heat come back up to 7 points, and in game 4 we win in OT being 18 points up in first half.

This is a big problem. Maybe the biggest concern about closing the games, and winning series Vs. HEAT. I think that Doc has to me more focus on managing the score. Has to find solution.

yep, it is very troubling to say the least. We just cannot keep blowing these leads. we just can't.  We must limit Miami's runs. Try our best to keep them to 4 or 5 point maximums. Either get a stop on D and manufacture a score or run and gun with our young bench legs just to keep the status quo in a shootout until we get starters back in and restore order.
LET'S GO CELTICS!

I think the biggest problem here is that we cant play a whole 48 minutes of basketball, not blowing leads.

We always have a point in a game where we let the opposition go on a HUGE run.  It happened in Game 1 as well, the difference is we didnt a build a huge lead beforehand.  We kept the game tight and when we went on our lull it turned into a blowout.

we cant bank on the Heat spotting us a 15 point lead every game, if they nip that in the bud, we got a huge problem to figure out quick

I disagree with you. We are taking abut a FINAL FOUR team=one of 4 the best team in the world. For me is problem of concentration or mental problem of the team, forgeting that one game will finish after 48 minutes.

So you disagree bc not being able to play a full 48 minutes of a game doesnt qualify as a problem for a team that is one of the four best in the world.  But lack of focus and mental concentration does??

Also, I wasnt saying this has been a problem the entire season, teams dont get to the ECF blowing all their double digit leads, but it has been a problem in this series.
