Wife's birthday is tomorrow. Plan to take her to dinner. Being on the west coast, the game starts at 5:30 for me. Sucks.
On Saturday, we are committed to go to some fancy dinner for eight. If there is a game 7, I may have a seizure. Sucks.
You think you got it bad. My wife's birthday is on Thursday and she plans to celebrate it by having this huge party Saturday Night. Just about everybody invited to this party are laker fans. So, not only will I be miserable Thursday watching game 6...I'll be stuck dealing with those ****s game 7.
Hey, I would still rather be you on Saturday. I will be stuck at a fancy restaurant at a dinner for eight that cost my neight $1200. And here is the kicker. I cannot think of a way to watch that game even if it is DVR'd.
Check this out. My eight-year-old is also a HUGE Celtic fan. He's not going to the dinner (obviously) but he may not be able to watch the game either, as we generally leave them at the in-laws who don't have cable!
I can leave him at my brothers house, where he may watch the game, but that means I (and my wife) would have to turn off our phones becuase we would know what happened if we talked to my son. And we know the wife is not turing off her phone.
So basically, if there is a game 7, I am stuck.
