should have never came to that. again we blew a huge double digit lead. Can we learn to hold these leads or finish teams????

Why were we shooting jumpers instead of attacking the rim in our putrid second half? We seem to get really stupid out there at times. We cannot seem to play smart roundball for 48 minutes. coaching? players? both?

He was great on that possession, but I was mad at KG for not finding him in the corner after the second rebound and instead taking a rushed, contested look in the paint.  Normal situations I would be OK with that shot, but Pietrus just had 2 massive momentum plays and he was WIDE OPEN for a 3.  Go back and check that out.  Gotta get him that shot.

Hate to say it because they were awful, but Kennedy happened to save us too with that reversed out of bounds call.

If it was him who called the travel then I take it back though.

There was a lot I didn't like about Pietrus' game last night, but those offensive boards were indeed huge.

Agreed so much.

I was glad he was being aggressive regardless.  During the game I was saying to my friends when he picked up a foul or two crashing the offensive glass that would come in handy at some point.  And it did twice on the same posession.  Just HUGE plays.

And his defense was also great.  Yes, had the dumb fouls and I wish he didn't.  But he also played great D.  If he didn't make the fouls I would be just thrilled with his defense.  As is I'm very happy and he also drew that offensive foul that got LeBron out, give him credit for that too.

I thought the same thing it was clear as day.

Anytime a guy off the bench makes a positive contribution I'm happy given how up and down they where. Pietrus getting Boston an extra 5 or 6 possessions is enough for me.

Before those offensive rebounds, I was ready to partially blame Pietrus for the loss.  He missed 2 foul shots that might have given us the win in regulation and made some dumb fouls.  But I'm glad he came through in the end.

I really thought Pietrus played a horrible game. Didn't like his body language. Couldn't buy a shot. Missed foul shots. I guess Doc kept him in bc his D was mediocre.

He definitely made it happen drawing the 6th foul on LeBron and by getting those two boards. I like him in general, but before the very end of OT, was very down on his game. Hey - we got the win! Maybe he picks it up from here.

good offensive rebounds but im not giving it up to him or saying anything he did won us this game....hes been AWFUL...all he does is throw up bricks, and if he just made one or made his 2 fts then we wouldnt have needed those rebounds so desperatly

Some dumb fouls aside, I think you guys should give the man credit for his defense.  Offense has been seriously lacking but on D he has given a ton of effort and really disrupted LeBron and Wade both.

He also seemed to be at blame for Lebron's uncontested 3.

He or Rondo was, my guess is Pietrus switched without Rondo calling for it and thus left LBJ open but its hard to tell.

But I don't know if they were supposed to switch everything or not.
