I am no longer 1-5 in Celtic game attendance. I was surprised with game tickets hours before the game. My last playoff game was the Finals game in 2010 vs LA. I vowed to never go to a C's game because in my crazy Bostonian superstitious mind, I believed I was causing them to lose. (Yes, crazy I know).

But this time, I found myself being selfish and putting my excitement of going to another playoff game for free first. But as we al know, they won tonight.. so now I am officially  2-5. I don't know what I did differently. Haha

Just thought to let you all know. That heavy burden is lifted off of my shoulders.

Good job tonight!! I hope you've gotten a chance to hear KG's post game comments on the Garden crowd tonight.  They were absolutely classic.

Its amazing what happens when the Celtics play as a team. Someone brought up on the forum that the Celtics play better when its a team effort and not only the Big Four scoring and making big plays. And tonight at the Garden, I was able to witness that, as 'Quis, Dooling & Pietrus making differences in the game along with the help of the Big Four. :)

And yes, I also got to see KG's comments on the crowd tonight. He's done that multiple times, and I appreciate it when he does that. For me it makes me feel special that he acknowledges us.

That was an awesome crowd tonight ... shaking the roof off!

Must've be sweet to be a part of it ... that place can be deafening loud.

Love that building!

Watched the game from home.  I thought the crowd was good but the Rondo MVP chants were a stretch.  I love Rondo but I felt we were copycatting MIA fans and we don't want to do that as they are psuedo fans bus-ed in from the nursing home....

I see your point. I guess we all were in the hype of Rondo playing another great game last night, & so while he's at the FT line, we decided to give him some energy shouting "MVP". But I don't think its copying MIA fans as they are not the only ones who shout "MVP" to their team's superstar player.

And I'm pretty sure MIA was the not the first to do it. But I do agree also that most MIA fans are probably pseudo fans who don't know what's going on. The majority of them probably jumped on the bandwagon once LBJ announced his coming to South Beach.

I loved that chant from my couch.  It was nice to see a really well deserved salute for Rondo from the home fans for that performance he put on down in Miami in game 2.

I think the MVP chant was warranted,I know he felt really good,I could see it.Hes the main ingriedient of the recipe.
