He has been confident and has been taking it and making it all throughout the year.

If he works on that all summer and comes even more improved look out league. He will be simply unstoppable.

i think this is the product of him working on it. the thing is i think he never gets into a groove because he focuses on creating plays for others

well, if he shoots it like this, we might have a shot at this series...because they give him that shot. if he starts hitting it, his defenders will close on him, which will let him either blow by them, or hit his teammates for open looks.

Tonight Rondo showed he can score - he just needs to focus on it.

In the second half when he chnaged his focus to become more of a distibutor his and the teams offence sputtered.

It's a fine line that he needs to learn to walk, he was great doing that the first half.  To have both mentalities going at the same time.  Focus on scoring and passing on every possession. It seems to me that he either focus on one or the other, like what happened in the second half. If one isnt working during a poossession it is difficult for him to transition to the other.

Yup just gots to continue working at it where that won't happen and it'll just come naturally, his stroke and follow through have been really nice he's got that down now it's just building up confidence.

you think ray allen taught him that stroke and follow through? it would be crazy if he did, and a testament to how a veteran and all-time great could teach others their fundamentals.

It would be awesome to have a point guard who could consistently hit wide open jumpers, that's for sure.

But mother of god, he was absolutely on fire tonight, and it was amazing to watch.

At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

I have read that Ray has been working with him.  If he can keep shooting like that I would think he could be the best PG in the game.  Right now, I think a lot of his shooting when he doesn't is lack of confidence and a tendency to defer to the big three.   As of late we have seen some signs of him being the man.
