Is anyone watching the game right now? It's like a clinic. Beautiful passes and screen, everyone contributing, embarrassing the Thunder. Even if the Celtics somehow made it past the Heat there is no way they'd ever beat the Spurs.

I love the way the play/act. very likeable, humble team imo. If the Celtics can't win it, I hope the Spurs do. (It'll also keep the trend of the heat losing to veteran older teams).

Agreed.  I'm not in any way a Spurs fan, but they are very impressive.  I'm glad that no matter what happens in our series that Lebron won't be hoisting a trophy this year.

to be fair OKC is playing awful defense. But no I agree with you. They're good and deep. Either we or the heat would be crushed against this spurs team

I say if they beat OKC they will win it all especially if they finish them off in 5 or possibly a sweep.
Since truthfully I don't see the C's taking it all, I would love to see SA take it all and see Tim get his 5th ring to tie with Kobe and to see another Texas team ruin the Heat's chance at a championship again.

I just hope that Danny and Doc are watching the Spurs, because we can be the spurs next year, smart veterans, star point-guard, we just need to surround them with reliable support cast.

I'd love to see them sweep Miami if we don't get by them.

Players that can actually get their own shot would be a start.

Having healthy players would be helpful.

Nope. The title is theirs to lose.

I like the Spurs so watching them is bittersweet. The way the Spurs are playing is the way I imagined us playing...

I don't see the Heat or the Celtics beating either the Spurs or OKC.  It just feels like one of those seasons where the Conference Finals is the real Finals.  I would only be slightly surprised if the Spurs sweep the Thunder.  THAT is how good the Spurs are right now.  Unbelievable.

They habe the perfect balance of old vets and reliable young players which were properly developed as the season wear on....unlike doc who kept his rookies in his doghouse hence he could not rely on them come playofftime.

Their Big 3 as well. Remains HUGE...our big 3 are sadly old and worn out. Look at Ginobili who is the same age as PP BUT plays very quick and has continue to defy father time...I look at Ray and I see a slow could not guard a chair ex sharp shooter who could not sink a free throw to save his life...

On the bright side though...I easily see our team like theirs next season.. RONDO,BRADLEY,JEFF GREEN,PP, KG AND the development of rookies and we can be like the Spurs....hopefully!

If, by some weird twist in the cosmic ripples of the basketball universe, the Heat advance to the finals again, I'd like nothing better than yet another over-the-hill team with at least one Hall of Famer to stymie them again.

On that line, I'm already getting excited to watch Steve Nash and the Ghost-of-Grant-Hill ruin Miami's Finals appearance in '13-'14.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.
