Just asking if I have the green light to pick?

IP just killed me with the Pippen pick, man.

Ya, you're up

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
WHY IP, WHY!?

Mostly because he's a transcendent defender, a top-50 all-time player with oodles of playoff expereience, a solid offensive game that I can throw in with just about anyone.

That was gonna be my second choice as well. Would have been nice next to Wade. He is the ultimate Robin. Still as the number one guy? I can't wait to see your arguments for this IP!

I can do ya one better and just outright tell ya.

Scottie Pippen was the best player left on the board..even if he's not the alpha I want, he's the talent. I have another pick in like what..6 selections? (actually 8 I guess)

I'll still have my choice of like 6-8 guys who can lead a team, but I'll also still have Scottie Pippen.

I'm pretty sure it was "Why?!" as in "Why ya do me that way?!" not "Why?!" as in "Why ya make such a turrible pick"

OKay. Since Commish IP STOLE Scottie from me. I'd take Patrick Ewing. Can never go wrong with star power.

Haha, well said. Ok. I think there are 3 guys you can easily argue are better. I look forward to seeing your next pick though.

There's a player out there who'd I have an absolute blast building a team around. But it might be a little too early for him.

....and Patrick was that guy I was thinking about.

Good pick, Yoki.

Can't really argue against any of the picks so far.

Nice pick bdm860.

I was hoping he'd drop in the second round.

I've got a guy I am looking at for my second round pick.  I know that is a long way away, but I think I have a shot at him being around and I really want him, so everybody stay away from the unnamed player being courted by me.
