exactly, no one in the league deserves it more than him. S.T.L.!!!

The truth is though, despite what some people may have you believe, the celtics are a class act, including KG, and would never do something like this, even when someone totally deserves it.

I never thought I would say Avery Bradley is the key to the series... Not having him to guard Wade really really kills us.

I think we should use Quis in dis series as a reserve to guard Wade since Pietrus is gonna be da reserve on Lebron

I'd be shocked if we don't go with small ball a ton in this series. Miami almost exclusively plays small - heck, they start with James at the 4. Bass doesn't present any sort of advantage over Lebron offensively because he's smaller than James, so he's just a severe issue on the court. I would expect a heavy, heavy dosage of Pietrus especially. The main lineup should be Rondo, Ray, Pierce, Pietrus, Kevin. Pierce or Ray should alternate on Battier (it's not terribly difficult to stand with him in a corner and run around the perimeter) to get a break, Pietrus should take Wade or Lebron, whoever is in a groove, and Ray or Pierce takes the other. Pietrus' versatility in this series is absolutely clutch.

Another guy I expect to see a lot of is Dooling. He did a phenomenal job in the last couple games in the regular season on Wade when he was in. I don't expect him to shut Wade down, but he can provide formidable defense. I wouldn't be opposed to running Dooling on Wade, Pietrus on James and Pierce on Battier for a decent amount of time if Ray is struggling and presenting himself as a liability. Paul can guard Lebron, of course, but I'd rather save him for offense if we can get away with Dooling and Pietrus.

It seems to me like the options are for the old men to sack up and play like they are healthy or for Dooling and Pietrus to get a lot of Bass, Steamer and Hollins' minutes and have the responsibility. Otherwise, we could see any of Moore, Daniels or Sasha, but they haven't played in a long time so there is a lot of uncertainty there.
