Ray Allen is getting styled on by Holliday.
Ray shouldn't be asked to check a guy like Jrue Holiday. Bad matchup.

Holiday is too quick for him.

Who on the court isn't too quick for him with his bum ankle and bone spurs?

I have been happy with him on Turner for the most part.

It's that or Lou Williams.

Doc may go small with Pietrus to try and get out of that match-up.

If not Pietrus, I'd be willing to give Dooling a few minutes to see what he can do.

These refs are killing any run we make and rescuing the sixers.

lets get up by 10 or 11

Bass redeemed himself for a couple of bad plays with that steal to dunk.

Would love to see the next shot fall.

C's played one heck of a defensive half.

3rd quarter will be very interesting. Let's carry over the momentum.

I do not understand the negativity tonight. The Celtics are playing to win. Nobody says it has to be pretty or amazing - they are doing their job. Most importantly, everyone on the floor is getting touches. They are playing as a team and we all know how that usually goes for Boston - quite well. Sure, the score should be more lopsided with the dismal shooting by Philly, but credit the 76ers with playing some good defense and keping their cool.

I am really enjoying this game, especially Rondo's command of the floor. I can live with mistakes and missed layups in between real Celtics basketball.

Yup. Hardly any minor lapses. Loved the D.
