Win or lose.

Injured or non injured.

Hes done. Shouldnt be resigned unless its for the vet minimum and a bench role, hes also delusional if he thinks teams are going to sign him for anything more then that. Hes a 3 point shooter whos shooting 25% from three, cant play defense, and cant shoot.

don't blame Ray Allen, he hasn't been the sole reason for the way this game has gone. Make excuses all you want, but practically the entire team has been messing up tonight. KG missed a lot of wide open shots early, so did bass. There were silly turnovers that weren't all caused by Ray.

He was in foul trouble most of this game.

hes not the sole reason... but hes a big reason. His defense is non existant, led to a ton of paint points from the sixers guards. Having pietrus, sasha, and daniels out there instead of ray would actually help us at this point

He's injured.  Judge the guy when he's healthy.

Heck, the guy set a career high in 3PT% this year, and had his third highest eFG% ever.  He's far from done.

37 year old shooting guard playing on really bad ankles.

What do you honestly expect?

If he's injured and its affecting his performance then why is he playing?? I would rather have Sasha or Quis share his minutes and at least be reasonable stoppers on the defensive end. Granted, they will give you next to nothing on O but neither is Ray at the moment. Sasha can spot up from 3 aswell.

how much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck was chris bosh?

he's not done, for his career.  this season, yeah, pretty much.

once he has surgery, there will be a number of teams offering more than vet min for his services.  count on it. not saying the C's should be one of them  but they've got to come up with someone who'll be a decent shooter off the bench and can play some D behind Rondo and Bradley next year.

You know they say that shooting guards fall off a cliff almost instantly.

One day they have it, the next they dont, and its all downhill from there.

Hes 48 years old, if he comes back from injury fine, but I wouldnt waste money on him in the off season if I were Ainge.

yea because Pietrus really shut down holiday at the end...3 baskets in a row blew right by him.

If he cant play, why is Doc playing him?

Is an injured, shooting 25% from three, and cant play any defense Ray Allen really better then Moore or Pavlovic?

Again, if Ray just "lost it", I might be worried.  However, he had a very good year until his injury.  I'm sure he'll get his ankles taken care of this summer, and will come back strong next year.

Ray Allen is a valuable player when healthy.  Having an Allen / Bradley combo makes our team much stronger than only having one of them.
