can only see it benefitting Orlando from a PR perspective (and possibly keeping Dwight in line).  haven't been impressed with Shaq's BBIQ based on his stint as a commentator

Do people view Shaq's PhD as a joke?

I ask that rhetorically not because I think he will be a good GM because of his education level, but because I think he will do his homework, work hard and put the right people in place.

I think it's a good move for the Magic.
