Jrue Holiday and Louis Williams did whatever they wanted against Rondo and our guards... I really hope Rondo takes it personally.

I get some of the blame on Rondo, but please credit the 76ers for making it tough. And also blame the rest of the Celtics for not running in transition.

And take a look at our bench: Pietrus 5 points, that's it.

Really bad shooting night. Can't complain about the defense they played though. Just could not make any shots. Hats off to Philly.

Oh another Boston Game 7. Oh this is gonna be a tension filled Saturday.

Game 7: Who will refs and Stern choose? Wjether that is the casr or not watching refs manipulate games to keep it close in the playoffs it feels that way. ::)

Refs played no roll in this game tonight.

I never said they did! I meant for a few games this playoffs, they helped to extend series. Not just this series either

I put this one on rondo. Ray is just hurt and gutting it out. We have no 2 guard without Bradley...

But rondo was awful

30 years ago today is the anniversary to the last game 7 between sixers and celtics. we lost the game.

The Celtics beat the 76ers in 1981 4-3 while on the way to their first title in 5 years. They were down 3-1 to the Sixers before winning the last 3, similar to their 1968 comeback. Boston attempted to come back from a similar predicament in 1982; however, Philadelphia won  Game 7. In that finale, as Boston fans saw their team losing, they shouted the "Beat L.A." chant as the Sixers were about to face the well-rested Lakers. In the end, however, the weary Sixers couldn't keep up, losing to the Lakers in the Finals.

I couldn't watch this game. I knew this would happen. Just too much in the Sixers favor tonight.

Sixers at home. AI delivering the game ball. Collins showing them old inspirational tape of them beating us. Bass had a great performance in Game 5. Just impossible for him to duplicate it in Game 6. Ray Allen has not been Ray Allen. So no Ray Allen and no Bradley.

Like I said, I didn't watch but it seemed the only two that showed up were PP and KG. Expected.

Stars were just aligned for them tonight and there's nothing to be done about that.

Tough Loss.

Credit to PHI.

Can't blame the refs...KG and Bass didn't shoot particularly well.

I have to agree with those that say Ray needs some rest. He did hit some shots later on to keep it a bit close, even though he hurt us for a bit due to his injury.

Give the man credit for playing through this. He could easily tell Doc "I can't go."

But not Ray. That's why I LOVE the guy.

We'll get em' in BOS.

Hard to believe how bad Rondo was out there. He was gambling and playing horrible defense. Was not taking to the hoop. Manhandling of Bass and lack of foul calls for him really took the air out of this team. Rondo allowed his poor defensive performance to take us out of our offense.
